I am a 19 year old soon to be college boy. I have a 19 year old girl friend. I have never had sex. I also do not ever plan to have sex, because I don't want to. It isn't what makes me happy. I don't feel I need it, nor I don't want to have children. I am happy though because I have a lot of money.
Do you believe this is normal? Does me, a 19 year old boy need sex? (I don't).

No one NEEDS sex.
But everyone tends to think that they do.

Good for you if you don't need to have sex. That's the first time I have ever heard a man say that. Anyway, money isn't the key to everything. If you feel you don''t want to have sex, then dont. Stay a virgin forever. At least you'll know that you won't catch anything, as well as getting someone pregnant.
It dosent seem normal at your age not to want to have sex, but hey, you do what you feel. Most college bound males your age usually have strong sex cravings.
P.S. Sex is a want. We don't NEED to have SEX.

intercourse for a 13 year previous is definitely too youthful and particularly whilst the boy isn't mentally arranged. For a 19 year previous, they probably understand extra advantageous, and could actually decide to have a significant relationship as a replace of being 13 and breaking apart whilst they enter college. nevertheless in basic terms my 19 year previous opinion and from adventure too

You need to do what is comfortable for you, but there is so much more to life than money to make you happy. you have a lot of money, but did you earn it? is that what brings you pleasure?. if so, then party on. you are responsible for your own happiness. and not being interested in sex at this point is no big deal. so go forth and enjoy school with out all that pressure. and kudos for your zero population increase stance!

I think it's weird. Human beings are sexual from the time they are infants (when you change a baby's diaper, where do their hands always end up?). To not want sexual contact with another human being is bizarre. I hear people talk about being asexual, so maybe that's what you are. I suggest you break up with your girlfriend though. It's hardly fair for her to be in a relationship with someone who never intends to become sexually active.

Money doesn't make people happy. If you don't want it don't do it..I'd say it's rare for a boy your age to not want anything to do with sex (ever) but to each his own I guess..

i applaud you! its very rare these days to find a 19 year old anybody who hasnt had sex! i think that if your happy without having sex, stay that way.

NO.not until you are married. read the Bible, sex before marriage is wrong and doesnt bring good things. and good for you! being 19 and a virgin in today's society almost deserves an award lol
