I think that around the waist is out now, but if you look in any celeb magazine, they are wearing their belts under their boobs for an empire waist. Empire waists have replaced waist belts. Hope this helps you out!

no i don't think so as long as you use a belt accordingly. many shirts look a lot better with a thicker belt but there are those that do look better with a thin belt just judge well. If you do wear a belt don't wear too much jewelry it kind of takes away from the belt.

I have thought that too, but I don't think so. I keep seeing it. And under the boobs too is cute. I think it just depends on the belt. As long as it's a trendy belt and not alot of other accessories.
