Sorry, no way. The Etisalat has blocked orkut site and you cannot able to access in UAE.

What Zain said is true. I have heard they are blocked, I read an article about this in a newspaper recently. It probably won't be long before other loopholes to get through are blocked especially if people are giving the addresses lol.
