I don't know which pools will be open, but the one you really must see is at the Tropicana. It is by far the coolest. It's like 3 pools combined with palm trees spraying mists of water on you, and a waterfall. Check this one out!

It is still pretty warm here in October and most places have heated pools anyway so you shouldn't have any problems finding a place to swim.
