Yes, many pregnant women find their noses get very stuffy noses--as many as 20-30% of all pregnant women.
It is thought to be caused by swelling of the mucus membranes from the high amounts of estrogen and also when you are pregnant your body has a higher volume of blood circulating.

It's not a fact, but I do know some people who have had that right before they found out they were expecting. But don't base whether or not your pregnant on a stuffy nose.

I never had cold like feelings when I was first pregnant. With my second pregnancy though, I suffered really bad allergies towards the end of my pregnancy. And I have never had allergies in my life. After I had my son the allergies went away.

Yes you can get a runny nose it is due to an increase in your body's mucus. Some women also experience more cervical mucus while pregnant.

sometimes when you're pregnant it feels like you're stuffy all of the time because you have a higher blood volume and it causes your mucus membranes in your nose and vagina to excrete more fluids. it's normal to feel that way

It can be a symptom of pregnancy due to swelling of the nasal passages. If in doubt take a test or contact your health care provider
