F = 32 + (9 / 5) C
Example
Convert 20 ° C to ° F
F = 32 + (9 / 5) x 20
F = 32 + 36
F = 68
Thus 20 ° C = 68 ° F

The formula for Fahrenheit to Celsius is F=1.8C +32. The formula for Celsius to Farenheit is C=(F-32)/1.8. Therefore, 90 degrees Fahrenheit is about 32.2 Celsius while 30 degrees Celsius is 86 degrees Fahrenheit.

Here is a variation:
Fahrenheit to Celsius: add 40, multiply by 5/9, subtract 40.
Celsius to Fahrenheit: add 40, multiply by 9/5, subtract 40.
It's a bit more symmetrical to remember.

C to F:
mulitply your degrees celsius by 9/5 FIRST. THEN add 32 degrees F to that.
for instance, take 0 degrees Celsius (freezing), we see that:
((9/5)*0)+32=32
which is the freezing point of water in degrees Fahrenheit.
Just make sure to muliply first, then add 32.
to go from F to C just subtract 32 first, then mulitply by 5/9

F = 1.8 * C + 32
Easiest way to remember is it converts 0 to 32, 100 to 212.
