Next week we're gonna have practice in the morning (on the beach, and then "Beach Day"!!!!!!
So, I have a few questions.....is it ok to swim in a sports bra? (That's what I normally wear to cheer practice)
Do you think I should wear a sports bra and shorts that day, because that's what I practice in.....or do you think I should practice in my bikini, because that's what I normally wear to the beach.
I know, a sports bra is better for cheering, but a bikini is better for the beach..... PLEASE DO NOT suggest changing! Which one should I do????? I'm a 13 year old girl in Miami, FL!

wear your bikini top under your sports bra, and then you can just take it off and wear your bikini bottom under athletic shorts,. if you feel retarded with your bikini under the sportsbra, wear a tee over it. but it wouldnt look stupid, and if you dont want to change then its a good sacrifice. Its just one day. you could always swim in your sportsbra too.

Well, I guess there are not that many different answers for this. But, I would just go ahead, and wear the bikini under the shorts and sports bra. That way you have the support and coverage needed during your practice and the comfort of your bathing suit while swimming. Good luck and remember to double check your bathing suit is in tack and tied properly before you pull down the shorts and pull off the sports bra. You do not want any embarassing mishaps. Enjoy.

cant u wear ur bikini, with a tank top on top, wearing a sports bra on top may be a lil uncomfortable lol and then wear shorts over ur bikini bottoms?
thats my opinion, or else i would go fo practice in a sports bra and shorts and swim in that also. DO NOT WEAR A BIKINI FOR PRACTICE NO WAY! some pplz i know have had bad experiences

I would just wear the bikini under the bra and the shorts, that way you can just take the cheer stuff off and hit the water.

I would wear the bikini under a pair of shorts and a cute cami or tank. If you decide to wear just the bikini as your top, make sure its tied tight..we would hate to have anothe Janet Jackson moment wouldnt we?

its ok to go swimming in a sports bra just make sure its not see through when wet! (embarrassing)
