I am the Grand Master of the Lightning Express Violation Notice and Question Removal.
I write them at a furious pace and thus I do believe they have removed the ability to ask questions from my Account.

ive had several that never came close to posting on any page...the pre-schoolers at Yahoo pulled it before the ink was even dry!
