(and I don't mean just sex, I mean deep feelings of love for another person)

Hitler was a sicko, a fanatic who hated Jews although he was a Jew himself from his mother's side. I do not think he was capable of true love (not even for himself), although he's had women around even a poor wife I think he was a cruel bas...rd with snake blood running through his veins who's fully deserved his end.
How could someone whos's aim to exterminate his own blood can be capable of any love. I think he was born out of odium passion if that exists....

I am sure he was capable of love that is deep feelings fo love for anothe person. He did want the best for his countrymen.

But that does not in anyway make him a better person - he was a selfish cruel and wicked maniac.

When will the human race come to its senses.

Hey....another Dave H...what a coincidence.

I actually think this is a great speculative question, too.

I think there is some evidence to suggest he was very attached to his mother, so he probably loved her as any child loves their mother.
After that, it becomes more speculative, as I said.
From what Ive read about his relationship with Eva Braun, it doesn't sound like my definition of a loving relationship.
I think if the man himself were here today he would probably argue that his love for his country took presidence over love for any individuals.
Though its fairly certain that by the end of his life he was suffering from dementia, and he was always something of a loner.

Hitler feared women, yet even though he was such a cruel person who seemed completely heartless he was capable of love and had a wife called eva brawn, every person is capable of love in some shape or form even though they show more hatred and cause pain, cruel people often like their opposites as well, eg. a bully befriends a silent person.

He hated a lot of people but this wasn't on a one 2 one basis he hated people he didn't even know. So to talk about him and love i think he was that messed up in the head department that he wouldn't be able to decipher wether he loved didn't, hated or didn't hate

I think Hitler wanted to love....but it was himself that he hated the most. He hated what he was...dark headed, jewish background. So he tried killing people like himself and held up the people that he wanted to be like....blonde, blue eyed... But even in doing this, it wasn't enough. He was still himself. He never achieved what he wanted to do which was becoming someone he, himself wanted to love..no matter who and how many he killed.

i dont think so. i think he was capable of Need, which many mistake for love. some say he loved kids, but ive heard they never had much use for him. same goes for dogs. Goldie loved him; dogs are like that. he was egotistical, but he couldnt have had much love for himself, from things ive read....and from getting to know a few psychopaths, personally.

Well, I think instaed of love he got maniatic feelings that make him to "love" his lovers, but Hiltler hadn´t a good mind health, so you could imagine wht kind of love he could feel, a very interesting example is that if he never attacked E.U. in one certain battle(I don´t remember what) because he was desesperate he probably had won the war.
But in his book he mention that the "war is necesary to revolut the world"

Those who are capable of extreme hate are capable of extreme love. For Hitler to hate so very much, he had to be very much in love with his cause.

It stands to reason that, if Hitler was capable of hating other people, he also loved people.

Most likely, yes. Highly emotional people are motivated by a lot of things. It's quite possible that he had a strong love for someone or something that warped his sense of reality and his desire for "purity" stemmed from that.
