Absolutely! My mother was a hands on healer, and I have healing abilities, as well. It's a matter of being a channel for those energies.

Heh - when I was a'growin' up in Oklahoma many years ago (how many is none of your beeswax), I used to go with a couple pals and catch garter snakes and sell 'em to the preachers who ran those "tent revival" goings on out in my uncle's pasture. These preachers would slip one of the snakes to each of half a dozen accomplices, and during the service, when everybody was all worked up and hootin' and hollerin' praises to Jesus, the preacher would come down into the audience and "cast out the devil" from those accomplices, who'd fall on the ground and writhe and wriggle and release the snake they'd kept hidden in their clothes - the rest of the audience would assume them snakes were the Devil being driven out.
And then the preacher would go to performing "miraculous healing" - they particularly liked to pretend to heal victims of Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson's Disease, Polio - becase these folks could easily be convinced, for a little while at least, to discard their canes and crutches and whoop "I'm HEALED! Thank the Lawd ALMIGHTY, I'se HEALED!" It was all a massive cartload of bulls*it and it is still a massive load of bullsh*t! Faith healers, my a s s !!!

Yes, there are healers, but there are also frauds. I think everyone has some capacity to heal, but in most people this is not something that is developed because it is discounted in our culture. If you are interested in healing, do some research on how you can do it yourself, For example, look into Reiki.

then why don't you post evidence of the loads of people that have been healed,or better yet, a thorough medical analysis report would be better, you know to determine if faith was the true healer.

Faith healers are frauds. They never heal anything you can see. Not even poison ivy.

I had an open mind until one came to town. He picked me from the audience and when through his so called healing process..... I'm still the same as before.
