Try running a cup of vinegar through, this will clean all your spray jets, etc....:)

Take out the bottom rack and get a sponge...might want to wear rubber gloves, too...and reach back and down to the little well in the rear and feel for labels, broken glass, etc., that may be clogging the filter in the well. And don't believe those claims "you don't have to rinse your dishes" because the food, etc., left on plates doesn't always get chopped and flushed out. If that doesn't do it, there's always the possibilty that the 'knockout plug' on your garbage dispoze-all WASN'T knocked out...but a telltale sign of THAT would be a flood on your floor! Or the discharge hose between the air-gap and the dispoze-all is kinked, not letting water out of the d/w...again, you'd see a flood if that's the case.. Last possibility would be a failed pump...if that's the case, you'll need a pro appliance repair person...and if it's a new unit, it should be under warranty.

Is it that the water is not draining out of the bottom? If so, it may be the timer is timing out before the cycle finishes. Most dishwashers have a self cleaning filter.

If you are talking about that little bit of water in the bottom, it is suppose to be there. Leave it. It is called "priming". All water pumps have to have water to start them working.

Not to worry.
