Okay well lately I've been having groin pain. It started yesterday and I thought I had just knocked something the wrong way. But it's still there today.

Now it's not so much in my balls, but it's where my upper leg meets my pelvis and is in my upper leg.

So, does anyone know what's wrong? Did I just pull a muscle or is there something worse? Please tell me if I haven't been specific about anything so I can tell more.

Is there a tender lump there-YES/NO
If yes does it go away when you lay down YES/NO
Do you have any spots on your lower abdomen or on your leg anywhere down to your toes YES/NO

If no lump is it painful if you bend leg up-If it is then probably muscle/ligament

If lump goes away on laying down possible hernia

If lump tender does not go away on laying down and sore/spot on leg then enlarged lymph node-they make protection if infection in their area of drainage

you may have pulled a muscle or over extended something. You may want to go to a doctor to make sure. Also ask him to show you how to check for testicular cancer. You should check yourself once a month.
