Use the covering letter you are sending with CV to highlignt/emphasise certain jobs you have had that you have to use problem solving skills.
If filling out an Application Form - look at the Job Description the organisation will have sent. And for each task/item they have listed on it, tell them how it has related to what you have done in your previous jobs.

Get a job description from the advertiser. Then match your experience/qualifications to the jobs that you will be required to do. State what you have done at work, for a hobby or voluntarily - anything that shows you have some experience with the kind of work exected from you.

You have the job brief, so, show how you meet each of the criteria. Be brief & concise, state your current skills not what you have done in the past. Try to expand the position to show how you can benefit the organisation. Good luck. Oh yes double check spelling & legibility!.

Go bland. Plain, basic, unseasoned food such as smoked chicken, plain rice and a nude baked potato are nutritious however your palette will tire of these quickly, unlike salty moreish processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling for the pounds.

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back for seconds. But hang on! Stop for any minute and suck on an additional strong mint. The flavour can put you off that next plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.
