Why do people judge others and call them names like 'Homophobe'? Are there any real 'Homophobes'?

A phobia is an irrational fear of something. I don't think people have an irrational fear, they just disagree with their lifestyle choice.

"Homophobe' is just a stereotype used by people who hate people who are different than they are.

Heh. Any straight man who "cruises" a gay board to bash is either a closet case (I know he hates to hear that), or is deeply frustrated on some level - probably because he can't get laid.

I love a little flirtation. I like it even when it comes from women! It's just kinda nice :D

I agree with him on both, How is it a double standard? That proves you are a confused man. I also am disgusted by gay men, but can completely understand lesbians. Women are beautiful, and can find some type of beauty in every women I meet. As a strait man the thought of 2 men together repulses me. I am not homophobic at all, just keep you bedroom business away from me and we are cool.

I think Nipple Twister would rather twist a guy's nipples. He's like a 12 year old girl who punches the boy she likes to get his attention, and then flirts with another boy to make him jealous. No guy that's secure in his sexuality would be so threatened by a guy flirting with him that he'd resort to violence; sounds like he has something to prove (to himself).

lol. it sounds like nipple twister doesn't know what he's talking about; it just seems like he's trying way to hard to stay in the closet and little bits of his homosexuality are spilling out. even his name sounds a little homo. its kinda sad tho, he should just hurry and accept himself so he can come and join the rest of us. he's missing out.

I don't call people names especially nonsensical ones, so I am wondering where you feel justified in calling anyone a "homophobe." If you don't like being called names etc because of your lifestyle or "who you are" STOP calling other people names. That's just common. Grown up. People are about as scared "phobia" of gay people/lifestyle as they are newborn kitten. Get a grip. At least be VALID when you make statements.

Strange.

When women get upset by unwelcome advances, it is OK. But when men get upset by unwelcome advances, they are hilarious homophobes?

Are women who slap men that hit on them called heterophobes?

I think he has issues, it makes no sense to be ashamed for flirting with someone, straight people are not ashamed for flirting with each other, so why should gay people
