like the person before said....DMV is the place to go to get your driver's license. To find out where your local DMV is located you can google DMV and click on your state and it should give you a list of the DMV locations in your area and the phone numbers if you have any more questions. You can also look up the DMV contact information in the city phone book.

"Provided no scientific evidence, yet cited biology". Biology is scientific. Let me start by saying I have worked in Health care for over 25 years. My original degree was in Nursing. I spent seven years working in Mental health as well. Never in all my classes: Advanced Anatomy & Physiology, Gross Anatomy, Sociology, Psychology, you name it. Never did one instructor ever say that the sex drives between men and women were equal when the subject of reproduction came up. In fact, they stated the opposite. When I worked in Mental Health, the men with sexual addiction issues far out numbered the women. I never met a Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or Medical Doctor (male or female) or Addiction Specialist who ever believed that women had higher sex drives then men. I use to promote Viagra for about 3 years. In our training, we learned by Physicians that the male sex drive was more active and potent then the female sex drive. When I promoted Zithromax (antibiotic), used a lot to treat STD's. The Md's said they treated Men more often then Women. Their reasoning was that many of these men went to hookers and used no protection. The bottom line is men for a variety of "Biological" reasons have a higher sex drive. I will provide those biological reason shortly. This is such a non-issue and self evident truth. I don't know why people have such a hard time accepting this. What's the point? It's not like we are talking about an issue that involves the concept of are "men better than women". We are just discussing the biology of males and females. Hell, Men wish they didn't have this sexual burden to carry. The male sex drive can drive a man insane. Function follows design; Remember that saying, it's very important 1. Men produce millions of sperm a day, Why? Not to just site there like the female egg. But to be used as often as possible. That is is why one man can impregnate approximately 120 women in one year. It takes about 72 hours for the sperm count to reach full capacity after a discharge. How many babies a year can a woman have? One, excluding twins and so forth. 2. Testosterone levels are associated with violence and sex. The higher the testosterone level the greater ones sexual desires are. 3. Men have an orgasims every time they have sex (healthy men) Why? Procreation! 4. Men have greater visual accuity than women. This leads men to be sexually aroused just by seeing the female figure. 5. In a man's youth, his perfect world would be having sex with a new woman evey other day if he could. How many women ever desire such a thing. Edit: If you can not understand this truth, Then I don't know what else to say. I'm guessing you have never worked in healthcare and your medical back ground is nonexistent.
