I'd like to hear the experiences of all the beautiful women with PCOS taking Metformin and Yasmine. If you stopped and have ttc, how difficult was it?

I am an average-weight soul cyster of 130lbs, standing at 5'5.

I can't answer on the Glucophage (generic: metformin) but can on the Yasmin. I was on it for 6 months and lost nearly 10 lbs. I had to stop it because of a problem with the way I was taking it to try and help another of my medical problems. I didn't have any problems stopping it because I went on to another brand right after that.

But as for stopping the pill in general (because I've done this in the past) it can take about 3 months for the medication to get out of the system.
