It depends on the events of the day and the preceding weekend. Monday mornings can be a wonderful opportunity to see friends and tell them about the awesome weekend you had! Or they can be a chance to leave behind whatever problems you had to face over the weekend. For this to work though, you have to work in a laid back office environment and actually be friends with some of your co-workers.
Paycheck day is almost always good :) Where I work, pay day is Friday and means that you are about to have 2 days off to spend this wad of cash that you just got! (which somehow becomes microscopic after you set aside what is needed for bills... but you can still dream of what you are going to do with your newly found wealth. ... Last weekend I walked my 5 year old down the street to get an ice cream!)
I like my job but I don't make enough for the little luxuries I want (like a car), so I usually enjoy Monday mornings a little bit more than the moment I get my pay check :)

THe paycheck most def I have never been happy going to work on a monday unless I had a hot crush on one of my co-workers

Paycheck I guess. But it's always for the same amount and goes for the same things. I'm fairly upbeat on Mondays though.
