Some interns need practice working on breast augmentations, and i have been told some interns will do the surgery for just the cost of the implants and the anesthesia. How do i find these places?

First off why do you want big boobs? Seriously, cause boys look at them more, or to make yourself feel better?
I have big boobs and I want small ones for these reason.
Try laying down and they fall into your armpits, they your significat other rolls over on one with their elbow... just imagin that pain.
How about trying to find a shirt that fits....See now days they makes clothes for skinny tiny girls. Not girls with boobs, unless you are shopping in the old lady section. If you by a shirt in a medium or small, your boobs do not fit, if you get a large...guess what... it looks like your swimming in it everywhere else.
If you go on a job interview.. their very hard to cover up and look conservitive, looks like your trying to smuggle canolopes to your interview, then everyone pays to much attention to your boobs.
I think you are fine just the way you are. God intented for you to be that way. Why do want to take the chance of some doctor messing with a perfectly good body? What happends if you do not wake up from the anesthesia? You are aware that some people never wake back up right? Is that worth boobs? What if he messes up, what if you get really bad scare tissue? What if one pops? Can your heart take the surgery? You have a lot of questions to ask yourself before you should ever consider doing this. And I hate to tell you this, but if you want boobs to make yourself look better, you really need to work on your self esteem. A true person does not care what you look like on the outside, but the inside, and you should focus on that before doing just a life altering change.

The worst idea i've ever heard in my entire life.

I just had a BA on 7/20/07, went with a board certified p.s. interviewed 5 before finding the one i wanted, he wasn't the cheapest, but the one i felt most secure performing. the costs over the 5 in chicago ranged from 6,000 to 8,200 and it is also dependent on the type of implant you get.

this is your body, not some piece of clothing which can be easily discarded or repurchased or repaired. you don't want someone to practice on you.

3 weeks post-op and i'm still nervous about what the overall results will be when things "settle". I can't imagine how anxious i'd be had an intern performed the surgery.

seriously, do your homework on this and it will save you stress in the future.

also, to those who say that you don't need it or shouldn't have it done, they are wrong. you should do what you want to do as long as you make an informed decision and the decision is to your benefit and not for someone else's (i.e., a boyfriend).

I personally have done research on breast implants and I have decided that going cheap is not a good idea. Cheap boob jobs can get in the way of breast cancer screenings and are more likely to lose their shape. Save your money and look into the kind where the doctor puts the implant underneath the breast muscle, not on top of it.

First of all haven't you heard of all the problems women have with these kinds of operations done by non professionals? look on the internet for cosmetic surgery financing. that is your best bet and they find board certified plastic surgeons to do your work. Do not look for a cheap plastic surgeon or you will have to go back and have someone help you with serious problems later. You could lose your life.

Bad idea. Really bad idea. Horrible idea.

Save the money and use a professional.

If you insist on saving money, then do some research and go either to Brazil or Thailand. Both countries are plastic surgery meccas, and they do the procedures cheaper than the US. Of course, you do have to travel there.....

Have you ever heard of the term get what you pay for? Never rush into surgery or settle because of lack of funds. Do your home work and be safe. I know it really suck when you want what you want, but it is better than having misshaped breast or worse

What?!?!?

You want someone to PRACTICE on you?!?!?!

Girl, your breasts should NOT be something that people practice on. What happens if they screw up?!? They will most likely have you sign a waiver saying anything that they screw up you can't go after them legally.

What size are you anyway?

I think you should forget about this idea. It sounds really dangerous. Just save your money until you can get a board certified surgeon.

Please be careful. This is your body and you only have one. Are you sure you would want to take a risk with someone who is just practicing on you? Not me. Good Luck!
