The White House Reports says that on 9-11 that President Bush claimed he was watching TV in his limousine when he saw the first plane hit the Twin Towers.

If true, this was an amazing statement, because there is no record of that event being broadcast over TV.

Why should it have been?

There was no reason for a TV camera to be focused on the Twin Towers before the plane crash. How could the President see what didn't exist?

It always amazes me that I can put a source right in front of people faces (Proof) and people still deny as if it doesn't exist????

We are truly surrounded by ignorant people these days.

PLANE AND SIMPLE "IT WAS NOT BROADCAST ON TV THAT DAY!

Check your sources, because you are wrong my friends!
How's it feel to live in a make believe world?

I'll say it one more time: "IT WAS NOT BROADCAST ON TV THAT DAY!
You were watching the second plane. Geeeez!

I just want to take this minute to thank everyone for there complete ignorance of what happened that day.
He was told of the second plane when he was in the classroom. Not the first plane.

Wow, apparently none of you have really research or looked into the event. You are just going from blurry memories and what you think you should say.

Stay asleep all of you, your doing a good job at it.

Hopefully the rest of the world will wake up soon.

More archive video footage has been unearthed that re-emphasizes the fact that President Bush lied about how he first came to know about the events of September 11, 2001.

Watch the clip from 7 minutes in.

ABC News reporter John Cochran told ABC's Peter Jennings, "He got out of his hotel suite this morning, was about to leave, reporters saw the White House chief of staff Andy Card whisper into his ear, then reporters said to the President 'do you know what's going on in New York'? - he said he did and would have something to say about it later."

This contradicts Bush's statement that he made on two separate occasions, that he first learned of what was going on in New York from watching a television outside of the classroom as he prepared to talk about education with a group of Florida schoolchildren.

President Bush Holds Town Hall Meeting
[CNN, Aired December 4, 2001]
QUESTION: One thing, Mr. President, is that you have no idea how much you've done for this country, and another thing is that how did you feel when you heard about the terrorist attack?

BUSH: Well... (APPLAUSE)

Thank you, Jordan (ph).

Well, Jordan (ph), you're not going to believe what state I was in when I heard about the terrorist attack. I was in Florida. And my chief of staff, Andy Card -- actually I was in a classroom talking about a reading program that works. And I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower -- the TV was obviously on, and I use to fly myself, and I said, "There's one terrible pilot." And I said, "It must have been a horrible accident."

But I was whisked off there -- I didn't have much time to think about it, and I was sitting in the classroom, and Andy Card, my chief who was sitting over here walked in and said, "A second plane has hit the tower. America's under attack."

Obviously, Bush could not have seen the first plane hit the tower because there was no TV footage broadcast of it until the next day.

Occasion 2:
President Holds Town Hall Forum on Economy in California
[whitehouse.gov, January 5, 2002]

"I was sitting there, and my Chief of Staff -- well, first of all, when we walked into the classroom, I had seen this plane fly into the first building. There was a TV set on..."

As has been well publicized, even after being told of the second plane hitting the south tower and that America was under attack, Bush sat reading a story about a pet goat for well over 5 minutes.

The attack was broadcast almost immediately. There were many people with cell phone camera's and video camera's recording it. Also, there were security camera's. President Bush was reading at an elementary school when he heard about the attack. He didn't interrupt the reading, instead he waited until he was done to go and see the video.

You can buy news broadcasts of the first reporting of the attack if you still want more proof.

I saw the first plane hitting the tower on the news the same night it happened. There was a lot of footage of it because the twin towers are famous...thats why it was being recorded. Tourists gave [probably sold] the table to the media. The second plane I saw live on tv when it happened.

I think that tin foil is frying your brain.

There were cameras focused on the towers. I saw an instant replay film of the first plane hitting----on September 11th.
My wife screamed at me to come and look at the TV.
The camera was still focused on the towers and was broadcasting live when the second plane hit.
Where did you get the silly idea that nothing was televised until the next day?

Actually, Bush was at an elementary school, reading to the kids, when he was interrupted and told about the first plane hitting the tower. In the beginning, the TV news actually showed him in the class room, being told about the crash. After a while they stopped showing it, but I'm sure you can find that clip online somewhere.

Don't know about Bush,
But we did see the TV just minutes after the attacks.
They repeated the Towers crumbling.
Heard about 3 more planes missing. Then the Pentagon and next one down.

I remember vividly. It seemed all alive.

there is a slight chance he could have, there was one brief shot showing the plane hitting the tower as it was happening; on 9/11.
However, it is unlikely bush knew of the first plane due to the fact andrew card came in and told him of the attacks, which was recorded ( along with his dumbfounded reaction) on live television. And as we all know, bush sat for ten or twelve more minutes so he could see how is story book ended.

IMPEACH BUSH!!!!

You have your history all wrong everyone on 9/11 seen the twin towers go down, far as Bush sitting in his limousine, he was sitting play reading in school stool when they came and whispered in his ear and sat there with his pants soaking wet ,for 7 minutes not moving When he did he started running on Air Force One from state to state as he stated when ask where he was going , he stated , "Trying to save my As*,". He ran on how he ran to I think Kansas or some state and hide in a bunker. Cheney was asked, "Where is President Bush," Cheney stated , " They said the Mary is next ", When as, what is The Mary . Cheney said, "That is what they call Air Force, One The Mary". In the 9/11 reports they proved there was no Mary , Cheney lied as usual just like Bush said he was scared to death. He sat there 7 minutes scared to death so he high tailed it from one state to another. To hell with others as he states he calls under his watch, ever fellow for himself. The TV within a manner of minutes televised 9/11with the Jets hitting both towers. You need to catch up on history cause you are about 6 years behind times.

1st of all, he didn't say he saw "the first plane", because none of did see that. He could have been watching the news before he went into the classroom, no one knew it was an attack at that point.. I know I didn't, and I watched it all day

Yawn, just another wingnut conspiracy theorist.

You offer no proof what so ever.
