Yea they are....remember last year when they came out of the gate ON FIRE!
Why is everyone always baggin on Odom, they dude got like 13 reb a game in the playoffs......yea thats pretty good. He passes well. Takes good shots. The dude's a ballplayer.
They are a good team.....the only thing they lack is a pivot man....Kwame is the biggest WASTE of size ever. I would kill to be as big as that dude. The guy is garbage....i'd cut him and let Ronny T eat up his min. But yea they'r not to shabby...

I think they will be a lot better than last year. When the Lakers lose, they normally lose to a close game. Smush cost them a lot of games, when he turns over the ball in crucial forth quarter time, with Fisher replacing him and a healthy squad, I can see them winning at least ten more games next season.

the lakers really need a consistent "big man" and a better supporting cast for Kobe in order to even have a chance in the west. they are good- just not good enough to beat teams such as spurs or suns in a series.

They are a good team, probably a top-tier team in the East.
However, in the mighty West, they are still a third-tier, playoff wild card.

They're decent. That's it. Not great, not bad, but decent. Capable of making the playoffs, but not capable of getting past the first round.
