While it may not be the decision of only Dravid not to enforce the follow-on, I defenitely feel that it was a very bad and defensive dceision, which helped England to get away with 1-0 loss instead of 2-0 loss.

no. v can't point out him only. its a decision of a team and also dravid is not that much experienced as a captain to take big decisions. even though he can rad the game, he will go for suggestions and thus i think he has not lost the plot.

but i personally feel that india lost a chance when he let off the catch of vaughan in the last day's play. that was a costly miss and if he had taken that catch, then kumble would have been on song and thus india could have gone on to win...

It was a team decision as Borde revealed, not to enforce the follow on.
Yet the way Dravid batted rather laboured, leaving as much less time to his bowlers to strike shows the clot in his own mind.

Its not only Dravid, it is a management decision conveyed via
Rahul. India lost a good opportunity to beat England in 3rd test.
He should have enforced follow-on and have his bowlers pick
the remaining 10 wkts....
Having said this, Indian bowlers and players do not have the
confidence in themselves which is completly different from Aussie mentality.
Luckily they saved the first test, and beat them in the 2nd and
drew the thrid....so I call it a lucky series win.

rahul saved himself by saying bowlers were tired but if u remembered india was 180/6 .if u think if england batted that overcast day they could be somewhere there and india would have won match by innings.he would brought back team in top 3 teams. but i am not there as a captain. he is doing his duty nicely
thanx

Remember the first test which is almost out of our hands and England deserved that match.*
May be it is a compensation and after all it is a gentlemen game.

yeah abit................his decision to not to give follow on to england was disastrous ...it shows that he doesnt have courage to take any bold decisions.....he is always scared of loosing.whereas he must think that if you take chances then only you win..........so its disspointing but we have to accept the fact that dravid can never match ganguly in courage.
