''black ppl are more physical'' came from slaves working hard in the fields,seemingly strong, from africa.

''black women are more sexual'' europeans seeing black women naked in africa, their dancing abilities, they were convenient to have sex with, (raped)

''Black men love white women'' because black men are not narrowminded when it comes to dating. came from fear that a black men could take their white women in those days.

Stereotype is a metaphor coined by Walter Lippmann. Not sure if it's been developed into a theory or if he was the first to call attention to it - I rather doubt it though as stereotypes (generalizations) have been pointed out in litterateur dating back to the first century BCE and perhaps earlier.
