Relax, if you were miscarring, you'd have spotting.
I've had several girlfriends miscarry and they all had the same things happen. Sharp pain in the stomach area, and a few minutes or an hour or so later blood.
Your body is pregnant and you going to have breast sore, nipples change colors and be tender. You'll get some tight spots in your back muscles, but don't worry a ton about it. That will cause due stress on your body and create more symptons.
Get your blood test first and talk with your doctor. Take a deep breath and relax.
Good Luck

If you are not spotting or bleeding then you are more than likely fine. When I miscarried, I found out I was pregnant the day after my period was due and miscarried about 4 to 5 days later, I had continuous brown spotting lasting for a couple of days before my period was due and then about 4 to 5 days after I found out I was pregnant and then miscarried. That was 4 months ago and I'm now 7 weeks 3 days pregnant and have had no spotting. I know its hard but please stay calm, the stress is not good for the baby. I would defiantly get your blood work done including checking your progesterone!!!! Hang in there and good luck!!!!

I would NOT worry unless you start bleeding BRIGHT red blood. I had horrible back pain early in my pregnancy. I was scared, so the doc did an ultrasound. Turns out I was prego with twins!! But cramps and achiness is common early in pregnancy. Your body is stretching to make room for a new life. So sit back and try to enjoy this!

These may just be the normal reactions of your body to the hormonal changes. I had absolutely horrible pregnancies with 3 wonderful children and two miscarriages, so I say to you take it easy, eat well, rest a lot, and see your doctor (I go to a midwife because they are sooooooo much more caring than an ob-gyn (male or female) in my past experiences). Good luck and God Bless.

Stop worrying. I mean it. Stop worrying. We all get aches and pains which have nothing to do with labor.
You need to be focusing on the positive here. You are carrying a brand new life! How wonderful! Follow your health care provider's advice, eat healthy, take those pre-natal vitamins, stay away from unhealthy habits and have faith that all will be well.
Stress is an unhealthy habit, by the way. It will diminish your immune system, and you need to be as healthy as possible right now.
It is normal to be nervous, don't be too hard on yourself. But please try to relax.

You are going to worry for the next 9 months. You are going to check the TP every time you go to the bathroom. Calling your doctor is best and they should be very open to seeing you and addressing your concern. But from what I can see, you are not miscarrying. You will be having alot of aches and pains, cramps....weird stuff happening. I think you are fine and pregnant!!

Doubt it! Relax, this is normal! I didn't start getting cramps and stuff until I was almost 2 weeks late. Be careful of bladder infections, they cause achiness in your back (lowerback). Don't stress about miscarriage, it's not healthy! GoodLuck!

All of the symptoms you stated are normal pregnancy symptoms. Are you concerned only because you have a back ache? If that is the case, you have a long 8 more months ahead of you! Best of luck!

I wouldn't worry about it. Stress is not good for the baby. Being a little crampy is very common in the first few months of pregnancy. Just relax.
