Is there a 2nd story window cleaner out there that actually works while you're spraying it from the ground?

There used to be a window cleaner that you connect to a garden hose and it cleaned the windows and they looked clear and clean when done. Does something like this still exist?

Windex still makes this product. You should be able to buy it right next to the regular window cleaners at your supermarket or a Home Depot or Loews.
