3 Simple Steps:
1. Get a Eyelash Curler. There not really pricey, and eyelash curlers from makeup brands like L'O'real and Maybelline work so well. Just grip the product on your lashes, carefully run up, and let go. It's that simple.
2. Mascara. CoverGirl Volume Extract Mascara works very well too. Sometimes Mascaras come in diffrent colors like purple, brown, or red. And there some liquid decoracting things you dab on your lashes that are really good.
3. Eye Shadow. With brown eyes, bronze, red, golden, and Dark Green, and lime are perfect shades for you. Eye liners like red, bronze, gold, and white (white works with everything) is good too.

It depends on your eye shape. If you have an "almond shape" to your eyes the best way to enhance them is to experiment with different techniques to applying your make-up. Some times a good liquid eyeliner works on top of your lids (start with a thin line and get thicker towars your outer eyelashes) and find a shade of shadow or mousse that works for you. apply it in the highlights of your eye area. always use the lightest shades on your brow bone, the darkest shades on the corner, the middle shades on your creases, and the most colorful on the lid. dont apply it too strong though. good luck =)

Couldn't of said it better than the first person. Thats how I do my eyes...and I have the same color eyes as you! Except she forgot to mention mascara! Except I dont use liquid eyeliner. I think it looks to bold and flakes off too easy!
