Pour plenty of liquid laundry detergent & some non chlorine bleach on the area, rub in real well, then let it set for a while. Add the clothing to the washer with other like items. Depending on the material, wash the load in "hot" water if you can. If not, use warm water & wash on a long cycle.

Sprinkle some corn starch into the area before pulling up your underwear. It has a drying effect and acts like baby powder.

soap,water and scrub that thang....if that dont work try a lemon scented sos pad....
