Except for mermaid the rest of the answerers appear to hail from the West. I am from In dia. I can say I love you in

Unfortunately when I said it successively in all these languages the object of my love did not respond. Perhaps she hailed from a different linguistic grouph.Then I elected to keep silent and convey my feelings mutely. It worked.Till this day I have kept mum on this but I find thajt the obect of my love understands it and responds(but notguage in words in any language

And I speak 4 languages.
But I can say 'I love you with my eyes' in any language,
but then again so can anybody who's deeply,truly madly in love.
