i never used ebay and i just signed up.. now i have 2 accounts.... one for ebay the id and the other is paypal, i dont get that either, what happens if i bid and won on my ebay id?? i dont get anything please explain to me with baby steps if you dont mind... thanks

Okay this is what happens....in baby steps...lol
Okay...you bought something.....so your celebrating some...but not too much since you spent all your money......haha....
Then you finally are like okay, i wanna pay for this.....so you sign into your e-bay and go to "My eBay"......it will be very easy from here.
You say you want to pay for the item you won, then there will be a page asking you how exactly you want to pay for it. In this case, you want to choose "Paypal" because you want to use paypal. You will then be taken to a page asking you to sign in to your paypal...........sign in. You will be asked if you want to pay, click confirm. Easy enough!
You paid!!!!

You must create a PayPal account, that is a little slow but the reason is for your protection, You will need to give both a Credit Card as well as Bank Account info to be a Verified or trusted customer. Take your time and read the information and take it step by step and most important is READ.

Login at paypal.com with the same username & password as your ebay account. Then link your checking account and a credit card account to your paypal account. After that is complete you can pay using paypal and accept payments using paypal.

After you win an auction, your My eBay page will have a link to pay the seller. You will also get an email notifying you that you won the auction. That email and a separate invoice will also contain a link to pay the seller.
To get high ratings, as soon as you win the auction, go into you My eBay page and pay the seller. You can most often beat the email invoice and surprise the seller by paying so fast.

Open your eBay
scroll down to the idem you won
to the right of the idem there should be a box that says "pay now" Click it
Then you should have a window open that gives you the payment choices.
Click pay-pal then next
This will bring you to pay-pal sign in
Follow the steps on the screen.
Now your done
