Qui-Gon Jinn. He flippin owns, man. He's so sensible, not arrogant like Yoda and Mace Windu. And he found Anakin AKA Darth Vader, and he trained Obi-Wan. The Star Wars universe would not have happened without him, if you think about it. He saw the balance in the Force when the Council doubted it.
