It is a cute outfit. Although I think the skirt is a little short if you are going into 8th grade. I was always told if you showing it you are offering to share it. I think that skinny black jeans would be cute with this outfit. Also depending on the type of jean you might be able to give the illusion of more height since you are 5'3" which isn't a bad thing. Don't try to grow up too fast.

it's a little too much BLACK and RED
these are all very cute-trendy-and stylish items but.. together not so cute...
i love the shirt and i love the skirt but together i don't like them at all.. try maybe some white shorts, or tight capris..or a different type of style and colored skirt.. or just wear the skirt and tank with a more blousy white, or all red top.. not black and black..please..
and you cant wear that necklace with the type of buttun up collored shirt..the earings will be a nice touch though =)

I think that it looks like you are trying a bit too hard. TOO MUCH RED AND BLACK!!! Are you going for the gothic/emo look? If you are then I think that you got it, but the only problem is the shoes... They have black and white stripes on the bow which doesn't match the top because the top is polka dotted. Try these shoes:

Anyway, if that is your style go for it, but as I said earlier--- you are trying too hard, so maybe you should wear that on the 2nd day of school.

meh, it's okay but it's not really a school outfit. if you think it's okay, fine but even though girls at school put on a more facny show than that I don't think you should try to beat them at their own game, try to be different and cool without looking over dressed or trying to hard. Good luck

I LOVE THIS OUTFIT! This outfit will have you on the good side of everyone. You are very trendy but at the same time phositicated. Good Job! Have fun at school!

oh and this is NOT to fancy. although everyone thinks so, it isn't. stick with it. You'll have some heads turning ( good way).

I dont like the shirt but everything else is ok maybe you shouldn't do red and black and change the colors.
