Who takes charge of most decisions, bills, where to go for dinner?

My husband is head of our home, I pay the bills and save the money as he does not want to be bothered plus I am good at it. We usually decide together where to go to eat or at times he decides or me.

I do, but that is because he refuses to have any part in the decision making process. I think he uses that as ammunition to fight with me at a later date.
