I have done these a lot over the yrs, and believe it or not its the junk that sells. Call all your relatives, and friends and ask them to box up stuff they wouldn't mind getting rid of. This is 100% profit for you, and lets them get rid of junk they do not want. old bowls, vases, trinkits, nick nacks, all that stuffs sells quickly. Im telling you, just collect free junk youll be fine. Oh yeah, kids toys and stuffed animals are a really big hit.
Good luck.

Go to your local thrift shop... Salvation Army or one like it.... and buy up a ton of kids clothes, or other cheap "junk" Matter of fact a lot of it is far from junk and I shop there all the time lol. Or better yet trawl around a bunch of yard sales in your area for a week or two where you're likely to find a ton of stuff at next to giveaway prices. There are lots of "Junk Shop" owners who stock their little stores that way.
There just seems to be something about the "atmosphere" of the Flea Market, that makes stuff more attractive to buy than when ya see it in a thrift shop or in a "junk shop". There's something more "fun" about being able to say "I picked this up at the Flea Market" LOL. I once spent two days roaming around the enormous open air San Jose Fleamarket in California. We had two vehicles with us and had them jam-packed with stuff at the end of each day. You buy stuff that just looks "neat" or "unique" and it starts you thinking about the history of that item and where-all it has been since the day it was made.
Those flea market stall-holders often take home quite a bit of money at the end of the day, even though individual items are sold cheap. Matter of fact, that was the philosophy that old Sam Walton applied when he opened his first little store.... keep the price of your merchandise as low as possible, and the more people will come buy from you. Darn sure worked for him, didn't it?

Electronics are a big hit. Cell phones, Ipod's, etc. Please clean them, clearly label price, organize them, and be ready to negotiate. Great people as they walk by, smile and look approachable and friendly. Dont' just sit there getting drunk and being shy. Draw people to your table, can you paint kid's faces? Have water bottels or pop for sale (buy at Sam's and sell at $1 each), or home made burritos or even hot dogs are a cheap sale. You can do it, just focus! Good luck
