Your weight is just fine. To tone your stomach try Pilate's. Pilate's focuses on the core and will definitely tone and firm your abdominal muscles. Your leg muscles can be toned by doing squats and lunges.

Yes you are at a great weight. Tone up by weight training for females. MORE reps, LESS weight. So try weights no more than 10lbs maybe...I would start with 3-5lb weights.
