I have tried meebo, e-messenger, webmessenger and lots of websites but it's impossible this damn filter is invincible hahaha, what can i do?? Thanks for your time

You should go to your IT department manager and explain that it is impossible for you to do your job without the proper resources. I'm sure they'll understand and turn the filter off for you. Good Luck.

leave well alone,,,
you seem to forget that company property (computers and network) is not for personal use, it could be and has been classed as theft,
(unauthorized use)
so if it is blocked keep it that way, don't try to hack your way round, you could find yourself in hot water.. companies pay millions of dollars to keep their networks safe and secure,, but people like you don't think of it that way,,,
