You should dress up as a business woman.
If you are guy going to wear heels, you should buy them now to practice. Also, you need to get a comfortable bra when you are going to wear the costume for more than 2 hours

How about a pregnant business woman? Go with the business woman outfit--the stuffed belly can be a nuisance if you go as pregnant.
