OK, so I know that they are there, but I don't know if I should trust them. So, if you happen to know of some that you can trust or somthing, I would really like to know!

In my opinion, the ones you can trust are:

www.backstage.com - casting search, this site is an industry standard! You have to subscribe to see all the info, but the initial search is free and you may be able to see enough to find out the rest on your own.
www.actorsaccess.com - offshoot of the industry wide breakdown services, totally legit! Set up a free account, the info is al free, but to submit electronically will cost you. To submit by mail will not.
www.actorsequity.org - also legit, but some auditions are for equity actors only.

good luck!
