Just type in Free Stuff in your searchbar. You will get loads of sites to go to. Each one has their own way of giving samples away. Choose what is best for you. Try going to Start Sampling.com. They have lots of sites listed there.

Try free cycle. They have lots of groups all over the place. The idea is to reuse stuff not throw out something that others could use. You can post a wanted ad or advertise some thing that you have to give away.

free samples with not strings attach exist... here are the sites that you should try. they are guaranteed to be free stuff with no strings attached. all you have to do is fill out your address so the company can send you the freebie. trust me, these sites work b/c i have tried all of them and i have gotten all my freebies.
1) walmart.com <--this site is a good start b/c they always have freebies. they have many kinds of freebies from free lotion to free shampoo to free medicine to free dishwasher tablets, etc.
2) about.com <--first, search freebies. click the 1st link that says freebies. this will lead you to a page all about freebies. the page offers ways of getting real freebies and also has tons of pages with links that will lead you to freebies. you can get a ton of freebies here... and the site is updated everyday!!! i have used this site a ton to get tons of stuff like make-up, perfume, home stuff, etc.
3) go to the company sites. i once got free samples of foundation from covergirl.com, got free make-up from revlon.com, got free anti-aging cream from olay.com, for free deodorant from dove.com, free cereal from kashi.com.. try the company sites. you would be surprised.. but they do give samples!!

This isn't a samples site but they have free stuff it is Craig's list and usually it is people that give things they have away.
