I am trying to find a house my grandparents used to own in NH, They sold it approx. 24 years ago, however I know the house still sits in the same place, owned by the same people that it was sold to. Any Ideas... And more specifically It had real address then... it was a mountain lot on a lake...

If you know the new occupant's name and the city, try looking them up @ www.zapasearch.com.

Call or go to the town hall, tax collector, they'll have the name and address, though you might need at least the old address to get the name.

Some counties have their Registry of Deeds online and you may be able to search for the deed by searching for the grantor (one of your grandparents).

You'll have to review the records at the deed registry. If you don't have the legal description it could take quite a while to research it manually.
