If uncontested call the clerk of the court in your county an ask them? Then it just filing an signing papers not much expense at all > Good luck almost Single again..

Like Epsymom.... I did an uncontested (no kids , didn't fight for anything) divorce in Texas... 60 days and 600 bucks
did not fight for money or anything , took out of the marriage just what i took in (dog,clothes,furniture) and left
