Nope. They're great on paper, but even good teams have bad days. This league is way too competitive for a team to go unbeaten, no matter how good they are. Even if they played the Browns (probably the worst team in the NFL on paper) every game this season, they would end up losing at least one game. Thats how close the league is in competition.

The won't.

First, the league is so competitive that the worst team can beat the best even if they were losing in the last 2 minutes.

Also, there are issues in the secondary with Samuel holding out until week 10 and their next best DB is 35 and has suffered 2 devastating injuries the last 3 years.

The receiving corps is better on paper, but it's completely new and it's not always a good thing. Moss already injured his hammy (the one that bothered him since his last year in Minnesota) and Donté Stallworth just won't be healthy for the entire season.

Only if you are playing Madden. First off no team has managed to go 16-0. Only one team in the HISTORY of the NFL has managed to go undefeated(actually may have been like 2 but the other was in like the 30s or something and can't remember if they did or not) and the Regular season was only 14 games at that time. The '72 Dolphins. Now factor in that the Pats have to play the Dolphins TWICE, and the Franchise does everything they can do protect that record, PLUS they have to play the Steelers and Ravens physical games. If you think that the Steelers are afraid of Belicheck just remember when he coached the Browns, you know before Brady and him being anointed a "genius".

I don't think it's logical to predict they'll be unbeaten for 16 games. I do think they'll do really well. I think they have superior coaching in Belichick and they have excellent team strategy. But there's too many factors to consider such as injury, illness, traveling to different climates & time zones and the occasional bad day... However I predict a great season going into the play offs and maybe into the big one. All the Pats have to do is keep working as a team.. they already have powerful defense, smart offense and beautiful chemistry.... And all this is coming from a Giants fan! :)

NO, NO Team goes Unbeaten unless you're the 1972 Miami Dolphins 17-0, the Pats Record 13-3 and they'll win the Super Bowl.

They will not go unbeaten because they play a lot of good teams through out the season and they will lose at least one of those games. They will have a good season though.

No, they won't. There's too much parity in the league. They have a tough schedule also outside the division. They play San Diego, at Indianapolis, and at Baltimore. Plus, the Jets are improved, so no. They may only lose 3-4 games this year but they won't go undefeated. No team will.

I have had season tickets to the pats for 29 years seen a lot of bad teams and some good. NO it is impossible to go with out a loss, to many good teams can beat you on your bad day. I think they will lose 3-4 games Sorry i love them too.

hells to the NO......

the main reason is that they play the RAVENS in our house and we don't go down like that.....
Also they are playing a lot of other really tough teams, and it is just hard for ANY team to go undefeated in todays football....
I dont think ANY team will be able to do it....

Plus the Pats seem to pull together really well in the playoffs even if they didnt do a great job of getting there. It seems to me that they are a playoff team, so if they treated every game like post season then maybe but not likely

No, cuz no team will ever go 16-0. Not logical in today's NFL. By week 15 of 16 they will be resting players. Staying healthy is more important than going undefeated. You don't have to be 16-0 to be the #1 seed in the playoffs. Besides, week 4 they play Cincinnati, guaranteed loss. WHO DEY!
