He has been in several martial arts movies and in this movie, he is a trained assasin or killer. He has this collar around his neck and he escapes. Brian Cox plays as one of the people who trained him to act the way he does. Th assasin as I said breaks out and some people take him in in NY City. I never saw the movie so I am going by the trailer. Thanks.

It's Unleashed, as they said, but that wasn't Brian Cox. It was the guy who played Mario in the Super Mario Bros live-action 1993 movie. I don't remember his name, but he was Mario Mario.
