I believe it is a few more than Bill Clinton's 10 kiddo. As has been mentioned at least none of Bush's have been murdered by their ex-boss and his wife.
Rove's resignation is less incriminating than any of the rest. He is writing his book and is going to begin G-Dubs legacy book and will be the main planner for the Bush Presidential Library. Plus he is a far better political strategist than he is an administrator.
You're starting to show partisan colors kiddo I thought you were better than that.

Um, throwing stones in a glass house are we not??
Clinton's administration has been beset by heavy turnover in jobs that are usually stable. After all, this President is now on his fifth White House counsel, his fifth spokesperson, and his fourth chief of staff. He's had three Secretaries of Defense and, with last week's resignation announcement by Robert E. Rubin, he will soon have had three Treasury Secretaries as well.

Actually the high goes to Truman who had 10 departments under him with a turnover rated of 26.
GWBush has 25 departments under him with a turn over of 26. I would say Truman wins hands down.

Bush is in his last year and a half of his second term. This happens with every president when his second term is about to end. People find other jobs. This happened with Clinton, Bush, Sr., Reagan, etc. Media is just trying to blow it out of porportion.

You are going to notice more because it's nearing the end of the presidents term and they want to have their careers lined up after his term. Check out past presidents and you will see the same thing.

It's quite normal to have a complete turnover in a 2nd term...his has been more stable than most i believe...if you disagree provide some documentation please.
