I want to get a sunfish and I found one I liked on ebay. The problem is it is pick up only and it is 5 hours away. Driving back takes another 5 hours and I don't want to waste my whole day driving. Is it possible I can hire someone to pick up the boat off of the internat and also how much will it coast?

It may be safer to hire someone local on the stipulation they get paid on delivery. Or 1/2 now 1/2 later, I not sure. IF, I not get it myself (Which I would) I would run an ad in the local classifieds and pay on delivery. May ask some of your friends first.

if you purchased off of e-bay, you better pick it up yourself, you need make sure its not a scam , boats ,atv's and automobile's are large frauud item's on e-bay, best way to purchase off of e-bay for the boat is put a small deposit on it using paypal, when you pick it up need to make sure they have the boat , clean title, and its exactly what they're advertising, do not send them western union or money order for payment

There are all kinds of boat transport brokers. Do a google search for boat transport brokers. Probably about $1.50-$2.00 per mile.

Shouldn't you tell people where you live and where the boat is?
