Don't rent those cheap things at the supermarket. Look for equipment rentals in the yellow pages. They will have commercial equipment, cost only slightly more. May be cheaper for the chemicals. This will save you a lot of work and give better results. Besides they take care of their machines, it's their bussiness.

check with your local store is the best way to find out some are cheap some are high

idk about rug dr. i got one last month and it leaked..then i went to return it cause i only got it because i was having guests and it was too late to clean it..

They gave me a new one...the hose was broken on that one.

They still wouldn't give $$ back and i told them to keep my $$ and give me the name/number of their District Manager...

I got my money back.
