From a previous question and other research, it is more than likely that my filter needs changed. (It is stalling when stopping.)

If this is a full size Blazer, it is located right below the driver's seat on the frame rail. If it is a small Blazer it is also located on the left frame rail, but more under the rear seat or in front of the left rear wheel. This one is buried under the skid plates as well. You can get it off and on without unbolting the plates, but it is a lot easier to do this when you get those plates out of the way. Use a flashlight and look up through the space between the skid plates and the frame and you will see it. It also might be covered in undercoating or mud depending on what you have done to your truck. Good luck.

Not likely but I think you'll find it just ahead of the fuel tank. Usually strap mounted to a frame rail. Good luck.;-)=

I do believe that part is located near the fuel tank, GM is great at inconvenience in their designs.
