They just are sent by mail in any box because untrue and swindle!
If those advertisements were actual there would be no need to send anonymous mails around while any doctor and drugstore already knew that important news.
Sorry, but until now there is no effective drug or treatment for your wish!

Pills don't work and Stay away from those Pumps they Spam you with, they don't Enlarge, they Stretch out the penis like an old sock.
you'll have a slightly bigger, spongy soft tool that barely works, if you don't Rupture the shaft.
watch a porno with a over large guy, he'll spend half his time trying to get and stay hard enough to use it.
also most woman do not like getting rammed in the cervix, lots of pain receptors there, but very few pleasure ones that deep.
the real acting is right in the first two to four inches (clitoris and G-spot).

An erection is the natural way of enlargement. Then there are natural herbal supplements that provide additional blood stream to your penis. Some may even act like Viagra etc. However, there is no "drug" that makes your penis grow permanently after puberty. These ads are just an advertising scam and do make them rich (because men seem to be very vulnerable about the alleged size).

Yes. If a gentleman gets excited, it enlarges naturally. Once the period of excitement is over, it returns to its normal size.

No, it is not true. Nothing will enlarge your penis.
You can reveal more of what is already there, though. Lose weight and the fat pad that surrounds your penis will shrink, cause more if the penis to be revealed.

There are manual exercises that work, they include stretching and engorging the penis with more blood (like an ultra erection). I have been doin them off and on for years with minor results. The best results I've gotten so far are since I've started doin the routine on Mistermanpower.com. Started back in mid-May, and now I've gained about an inch more since my starting point of six inches. You need to be patient and careful tho

No it is not true. If there was some drug that could do it, it would the biggest selling drug in the world, and controlled by one of the major drug companies, not some company you have never heard of.

no there is no proven way. they have an operation that can, but it is very risky and full of unpleasant side effects. no pill or device has ever been proven to enlarge men. they all play off our insecurities to take advantage of them.
