i cant seem to figure it out, if there is an image code, there is an image in the box -_-

You need to use a textarea. HTML does not get shown inside a textarea so do this:



Put your image code as above and you will only see a box with the raw HTML code as text and not the image.

Change rows and cols above to change the size of the box.

For example



Just like that.

When you "edit html" for the page element, did you try placing escape characters for the less-than and greater-than characters? (Like amper - lt - semicolon and amper - gt - semicolon ... I can't place the actual ampers here on Yahoo! Answers because you know what will happen...).

for a text comment of HTML use

&l_t; in front of all the it acts as a < (remove the _ )
