In USSR it was a double-day holiday, 7-8 of November.
It's not been celebrated for 15 years or more, since the communist party was disbanded.

On November 7, 1917, Bolshevik leader Vladimir Lenin led his leftist revolutionaries in a nearly bloodless uprising against the ineffective Kerensky Provisional Government. As Russia was still using the Julian Calendar at the time, period references show an October 25 date, and it's still called the October Revolution.

November. In Soviet times, November 7 was the main public holiday commemorating the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. Celebrations under communism involved huge military parades and demonstrations observed by Soviet leaders on Lenin's mausoleum on Red Square.
After the collapse of communism, November 7 was renamed National Reconciliation Day, but was only celebrated by hard-line communists, who continued to mark it by marching on the streets under red banners.
In 2004, the Russian parliament replaced National Reconciliation Day with National Unity Day on November 4 to commemorate the liberation of Moscow from Polish troops in 1612, which ended decades of civil war and foreign intervention in Russia.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a missing rope, skip for two minutes, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest for example minute. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will recover results than a long manage or swim.

Keep a food diary. Seeing every morsel of food you’ve eaten within a day written down can enable you to see where you’re overdoing the idea, or reveal patterns or triggers to bad ways of eating.
