I have a 6 Guppies, 2 male, 4 female. One of my female Guppies has gotten bigger than the other females but she hasn't given birth yet. Is she just getting fat or is she pregnant. Are there tattletale signs of pregnancy for Guppies?

They give birth almost every 28 days. But you'll really see the gravid spot on her. It's just a dark circle that gets bigger and darker. Also she's more "box" shaped I guess, and huge! Watch her when you feed too, she'll more than likely be a loner, and if she eats food, she'll spit it out in a second or 2. Hope I helped

The gestation period for all livebearers is 28 days

Just before birth they get a sqarely appearance just beneath their head and a dark gravid spot (which can be in some cases light colored)
here is a video that shows a guppy just 2 hours before birth and the appearances I was talking about

she prob is preg, look right under her tail, there should be a black dot, called the gravid spot this usually is the way of telling but sometimes its wrong i would got with the weight , if she is a lot bigger than the others she is pregnant.if you want to save all the baby's then separate her and when she has them put her back in the other tank.
