The thought of it makes me feel sick that many marriages have come to this. However, the reality is that infidelity and divorce have reached such levels that there's a reason for this if you can afford it.

Infidelity very often puts the victim in a disadvantageous position. While one party may be having a good time and preparing for divorce, the other party is totally unprepared because of the trust they hold in their partner and when the curtain falls, they may be left in a very unfair situation.

So when they have proof at an early stage of what is happening, they can either try to save the marriage or at least try to protect themselves where they can.

There is a book that just came out written by an expert about how to determine if your partner is cheating without resorting to techniques like survellience cameras and PIs. I think it's worth reading before resorting to PIs. The writer learnt the mistake when his wife who was innocent found out about what he was trying to do. This is always the risk when resorting to such techniques.

Conflict or anger itself does not have to cause an irreparable rift between partners. With good communication skills and a shared commitment to a marriage, even these are surmountable. How to save your marriage https://tr.im/jxFO4

However, at that point where one partner is at the brink of abandoning the relationship, how can the remaining partner save their marriage? If you are at the point where your spouse has asked for a divorce, what can you do?

You must realize first that, you do have a choice. Often, when confronted by a crisis, we find ourselves backed into a corner thinking we have no choice in the matter. How can we change the situation when it involves another person's feelings or decisions? While we cannot, must not and in no way manipulate, blackmail or threaten our partner into changing their mind, we can actually control how we react to the situation. If anything, you must realize that you still have control over yourself. You have the opportunity to look inward and take responsibility for your own feelings and actions and even have the chance to take personal inventory of what your partner is trying to tell you. Are there points in your marriage that must be changed? If so, respond appropriately and proactively.

You're right in my humble opinion. Because the trust is gone. You can love without trust but what's the point? I would suggest to anyone who was going to consider a PI for such a matter to first think real hard about if they really want to know- then go to your local movie store and rent a true story (and very good movie by the way) called "SUBURBAN MADNESS".

Not necessarily over, for some yes, for others, a P.I. will give them the peace of mind they need if their partner has cheated in the past. Naturally it would take everyone a lot of questioning times after being cheated on to trust completely again. For those people, hiring a P.I. will bring peace of mind for awhile until suspicions arise again.
For those that are swindled by a sweet talking cheater, proof is absolutely necessary to stop questioning their own sanity.
In those cases, yes, the relationship may be over for good, but at least the victim no longer questions and doubts themselves.

Good Point. Marriage is based on trust. If you are to the point where you are going to hire a PI. Trust is long gone.

I agree if you think you have to go that far it's already over. If you have that little trust then you have nothing. If you think your spouse is cheating, point blank ask them if you still think they are lying look into anything strange that has happened on your own, if stories don't add up then you probably already have your answer.

If you were a husband that suspected his wife was having an affair, your money would be better spent to hire a gigilo (someone much better looking than the guy you think she is seeing) to screw her and then dump her. That way you can come along, forgive all and take her back.

There are not any criminal ramifications. you're no longer in charge for the PI's habit so if he does some thing unlawful you have no longer have been given any criminal accountability as long as you probably did no longer approve of the action. subsequently a PI will in no way talk his technique of operation or activities with you. in case you don't understand how he get's his information, you won't be able to be held in charge for something unlawful he could have finished. Do it from a blocked extensive form, for sure, or extra advantageous yet from a pay telephone on the city corridor. maximum on the spot businesses have on line billing. change on his/her on line billing capacity and use it to work out all telephone calls. you additionally can secret agent on your fiancee by ability of having a cellular monitoring unit that attaches magnetically to the backside of his/her vehicle. that's going to use GPS to checklist the precise places the vehicle is going to and whilst. many times it particularly is sufficient to point any astounding habit.
